The prices are indicated per apartment, per day (minimum occupancy). During the main tourist season the apartments are rented only from Saturday till Saturday.

In any case, don’t hesitate to request a personal offer that, whenever possible, would take into account your special requirements.

All prices include: VAT, water, heating, electricity, outdoor private parking, final cleaning, WI-FI connection, ski/bike room.

To the indicated prices will be added the local tourist tax of EUR 1.40 per person (over 14 years old) per day.

Pets are not accepted.

Reservation is considered binding only after the payment of the requested deposit.

Cancellation policy (according to the General Terms and Conditions of the Hotel Industry AGBH 2006):

• More than 3 months before arrival, no penalty (the deposit will be refunded up to 80%)
• From 3 months to 1 month before arrival, cancellation penalty 40% of the total price of your stay
• From 1 month to 1 week before arrival, cancellation penalty 70% of the total price of your stay
• 1 week before arrival and less, cancellation penalty 90% of the total price of your stay

The final bill should be settled at check-in, preferably by cash, credit card or bancomat (debit card). In case of late arrival, early departure or smaller number of guests, the total price of the reservation will be billed.

Check-in: from 3 p.m. till 9 p.m. (after 9 p.m. upon prior agreement).

Check-out: till 9 a.m.

Smoking is not allowed in all apartments. In our apartments are not allowed visits by customers who do not stay at Residence Aria d'bosch.
